  • Master's (or similar qualification) in HR or relevant field
  • Proven experience and track record, preferably in a startup
  • Expert technical know-how across HR disciplines with advanced knowledge of labor and social security laws
  • Comfortable with high level of responsibility and lean, pragmatic solutions, able to work on a deadline, effective in self-organizing
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent oral and written communication skills


  • Own the entire lifecycle of employee related matters for permanent employees, freelancers, contractors and interns
  • Work with the business to create, implement and represent company culture and drive forward strategies relating to all HR subject matters
  • Develop process and procedure documentation
  • Develop and own initiatives dealing with retention and general employee wellbeing
  • Manage and improve daily operations, including administration, payroll and compliance matters
  • Provide advice and guidelines on HR policies and legal matters
